Flamenco Costume, 2011
Flamenco costume designed for a friend with Burda 8327 skirt with 2 additional flounces added and trimmed in black lace, Vogue 8413 bodice redesigned with a v-neck, self-drafted flounced cap sleeves lined in red, and fabric rose attached to skirt.

Belly Dance Costume, 1990's
Turkish style belly dance costume, bra, belt, stretch-velvet top, and circle skirt trimmed with gold braid. Hand beaded, including the fringe, except for the appliques.

Greek Goddess Costume, Oct. 2009
McCall's 4954, that I modified a bit in construction, omitted the godet on the skirt and made a high slit instead. Stretch panne velvet, gathered shoulders, self-lined bodice, cord is inserted in loops at sides and criss-crosses in back to shape midriff. Veil (I already had from belly dance costume) is trimmed in gold and black braid.

Man's Roman nobleman's costume with drape. Neckline, sleeves and hemline trimmed in gold braid. Simplicity 3647.

Practice outfit, 1990's
Blue bellydance practice outfit to wear to class. Top is stretch panne velvet, 2 circle skirts layered together, one polyester chiffon, the other a silky-type polyester, both trimmed in silver braid. Hip belt is polyester chiffon covered in pailette dangles with seed beads.
